It is not a very simple task if you are working day while you have assigned blogs at the same time. It can be overwhelming to run after your tasks and make sure that you can finish it all and at the end of the day you feel too much stress, and worst, you might get sick.
Some bloggers may work part-time to earn additional extra income but they are too striving to cope up from the tremendous tasks they need to do. Some have regular jobs which means they are working 8 hours per day, needs to go home but unluckily trapped in the traffic and when they got home they still need to attend to their family’s needs. This will make you wonder if how much will be the remaining time they can provide to write a blog.
Time management has always been the solution if you encountered a hectic schedule to cover up the busy time. If your mind is always busy, your creativity is not working as well because you are already burned out. Planning your day makes everything organized. If possible, track all the schedules you have.
Specify the tasks you need to prioritize through the level of urgency. Start first with the one that needs to be completed before deadline that the least should be the easiest and fastest one to do.
It is not a sin to ask for assistance. You can check with your colleagues if what are the top issues they want to read. That could give you an idea if what will be the best blog you may post. By being always busy, you may possibly have lost some ideas if what will be the hottest topic you may write for your post.
Working in a hectic and noisy environment can cause distractions. It is more convenient to work in a quiet and peaceful room if it is time for you to do your blog. You have been busy the whole day and then you will need to write your blog after. If it is possible for you to work while your kids have gone to bed, then it is better. Relax, focus and concentrate.
Start your tasks early. If you tend to sleep for more hours than working, then you should try to adjust your time. Too much sleeping can cause headache as well, making you feel tired though you have not started your day tasks for that day.
Find time to give it to yourself. Brain has been working for a week making you feel exhausted, and your body and brain sometimes want to give up. Always remember you are doing all the tasks to earn for a living, but if your health is at risk, it will possibly stop you from doing things you used to do.
Love yourself. Provide an extra time to relax and forget all other tasks first. This will make you energized to start another day of work again with great and perfect results.
