If you’ve read any of my past posts, you know how much I love saving time and money. Amazon Subscribe and Save is great for me. I just set it and go. Toilet paper arrives at my house like magic. Ok, for a mommy, that’s a fantastic thing. Never running out of the things you need helps my house run so much smoother and gives me more time to focus on my kids. And, I get a 15% discount on everything I order through subscribe and save. Who doesn’t love saving money!
What is Amazon Subscribe and Save
Amazon Subscribe and Save offers you convenience and discounts above the ones you would find shopping on Amazon. It’s like having a standing order for your home. I’ve worked in many medical labs, and we always get our reagents on standing order. That means that magically every Monday a shipment of reagent is delivered to us. Once at the beginning of the year the purchasing department helps us set it up, then it’s set for the year. Amazon took this idea and brought it home. We use the same things every month at my house. We use toilet paper, toothpaste, laundry detergent, paper towels, and a bunch of other things every month. I used to shop for them at almost the same time every month. I don’t do that any more. My house is now just as efficient as a medical facility (when it comes to toilet paper deliveries at least). What’s more fantastic is that I set it all up through my phone, so when I’m in the laundry room and I realize we’re running a little low on laundry detergent, I take out my phone and click send my next order now, and laundry detergent is magically on its way. And of course, shipping is free. I hate paying for shipping. 🙂
More Options To Save
The more you order, the more you save! You get a 5% discount just for ordering through Subscribe and Save, but if you order 5 or more subscriptions to be delivered in the same month from Amazon Subscribe and Save, you will get a 15% discount on your order! So if you order $200 worth of stuff regularly through Amazon, you would save $30 by using Subscribe and Save! The items in your orders don’t have to be expensive! Here’s a list of my current Subscribe and Save items:
Using Coupons at Amazon Subscribe and Save
The saving doesn’t end at 15%. When you sign up for an item through Subscribe and Save, make sure you check for any coupons available. These will show up on the order screen right above the order buttons. You can find these coupons on items that aren’t available for Subscribe and Save too, so always keep a lookout when shopping on Amazon.
